Skylar joined Sit Investment Associates in December 2022 as a portfolio accountant. In April 2026 he joined the fixed income team and is currently responsible for municipal credit research and analysis on sectors and individual securities. He received a B.A. in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing from the University of San Diego in  2020.
