The Sit Coverdell ESA Application can be used to open a Sit Coverdell Education Savings Account.
Who Uses This Form?
Save for a child’s education up to age 18. Distributions are tax-free if proceeds are used for qualified elementary, secondary or post-secondary education expenses.
Other Information
- Minimum initial investment is $2,000
- Annual maximum contribution is $2,000 per year
- To be eligible to make a deposit, a contributor’s modified adjusted gross income must be less than $110,000 (single tax filer) or $220,000 (joint tax filer).
