You can review fund prices, dividends, account information, and process transactions by calling our automated phone system at 800-332-5580.  Our new voice response system recognizes spoken commands and is available 24/7.  By saying “operator” or by pressing zero, you can exit the automated phone system to speak with a service representative or leave a voicemail outside of normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm central time.

Account access via the automated phone system can be established by calling 800-332-5580 and answering the system’s security questions, which may ask for social security number, account number, date of birth, zip code, and other account information.   You will then choose a 6-digit security code for future use with the automated phone system (note: this will not be associated with your online account access via the website).
